Generations X and Y and…

As I am sure most of you know there is names for all the different names for generations. With that being said I feel like there needs to be a generations X.5 

Now depending on what website you look up or who you ask there is a lot of debate as to which age group belongs to what generation. It is my personal belief that most people my age (born between 1980-1991) should really have their own sub-group. Or rather some damn clarification as to who belongs to what generations. 

One thing I know for sure, is that even possibly being considered a Gen Y or Z is a damn insult. This doesn’t account for all of the people in those generations but I will say the majority of them are simply idiots. They are lazy and have the work ethic of an infant. They do not take responsibility for their actions and simply do not give a damn about anyone other than themselves. 

I cannot stand this generation it is so infuriating working with this younger generation. I have to work harder and longer to fix their careless mistakes. I go above and beyond to further my education and give my clients the best service they can get. I validate their feelings and truly listen and care about them as not only clients but as people. If I make a mistake I own it and fix it. I do not take the easier path because it takes less time or its more convenient. 

Talking to some of these young “adults” is like talking to a wall. I simply cannot get through to these people at all. It’s in one ear and out the other. I have no idea what’s going on with this younger generation but they need to pull their shit together and join the rest of us that have already put our big girl and boy pants on.
